About Us

A specialist eye centre, led by the surgeon who will treat you.

Nawaf Al-Qadi Complex, Al-Arab Street, Shafa Badran, Amman.

Arab Eyes Center for Ophthalmology is a specialist eye care facility in Amman, bringing consultation, diagnostic imaging, surgery and post-operative care together under one roof. Patients complete the full pathway, from first examination to final follow-up, within a single centre, without external referrals or repeated testing.

Our practice is dedicated exclusively to ophthalmology. That focus allows us to maintain diagnostic and surgical technology beyond the scope of a general clinic, and to develop the depth of experience that comes from treating conditions of the eye as our only discipline.

Continuity of care is central to how we work. The surgeon who assesses you is the same surgeon who performs your procedure and oversees your recovery, in one clinical relationship from diagnosis through to discharge.

The technology behind the diagnosis

A treatment decision is only as good as the measurements behind it. These are the instruments those measurements come from.

A corneal topographer beside a desk

Corneal topography

Maps the shape and thickness of the cornea. It decides who can safely have laser treatment, and shapes the plan for those who can.

An RKOB800 optical biometer on a motorised table

Optical biometry

Measures the length and curvature of the eye before cataract surgery. These numbers decide the power of the lens implanted in your eye.

A fundus camera connected to a monitor

Retinal imaging

Photographs the back of the eye. The record matters as much as the image. Next year’s comparison is what reveals change.
