This website is operated by Arab Eyes Center for Ophthalmology, Nawaf Al-Qadi Complex, Al-Arab Street, Shafa Badran, Amman, Jordan. By using the site you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

This site exists to tell you what we do, who we are and how to reach us, and to let you ask for an appointment. You are welcome to read it, print pages from it for your own use and share links to it.

You may not copy the site’s text, photographs or design for commercial use, present our content as your own, scrape the site automatically, attempt to interfere with how it runs, or use the enquiry forms to send anything other than a genuine enquiry.

Requesting an appointment is not a booking

Submitting the form sends us a request. It does not reserve a time, and no appointment exists until a member of our staff has spoken to you and confirmed one. We will normally call you back during opening hours. If you have not heard from us, please telephone the clinic rather than assuming a time is held for you.

We may decline a request, and we may ask you to attend an assessment before we agree to any procedure. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform a specific treatment on a specific person.

Medical content

The health information on this site is general. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for being examined. Please read our disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Our content, and others’

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to us or are used by us with permission. Patient photographs are published with the consent of the people in them.

Where we quote or link to outside sources, those remain the property of whoever made them. We link to other websites where they are useful, but we do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Limits on our liability

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or never go offline.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. That carve-out matters here: we are a clinic, and we are not attempting to use a website notice to reduce the duty we owe you as a patient. Our clinical responsibility to you is governed by Jordanian medical law and by our professional obligations, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
